Talisker Resources (TSX: TSK; OTCQX: TSKFF) Investor Update

Talisker Resources (TSX: TSK; OTCQX: TSKFF) is focused on transitioning its flagship fully permitted Bralorne gold project in southern British Columbia into underground production at the Mustang mine. Test production expected to start in Q2 2024 as Mustang Mine development is ongoing.

  • Decline construction completed: In February 2024, Talisker announced that the Mustang Mine decline has been completed to the 3700 level to allow access to planned stopes on three levels of the mine.

  • Pathway to Near-Term Production: Following a US$31.25M royalty financing, in October 2023, the Company signed an LOI with New Gold to enter into an ore purchase agreement (ore purchase agreement under negotiation proposes New Gold will purchase up to 300,000 tonnes of ore from Bralorne to process at the New Afton mill).

  • High Bralorne Grades: Highlights from the completed 81-hole, 14,949-metre definition drilling program started in October 2023 include 9.55 metres of 14.31 g/t gold, including 1.5 metres of 86.5 g/t gold, reported in February 2024, and 6.35 metres of 28.58 g/t gold, including 2.2 metres of 80.68 g/t gold, reported January 2024 . Historic mined grades averaged 17.7 g/t gold between 1929 and 1971.

  • Bralorne Resource Base: a January 2023 Bralorne inaugural resource defined 1.63 million oz. of inferred resources, at 6.3 g/t gold; and 33,000 indicated gold oz., at 8.9 g/t gold.

  • District-Scale Upside: 100% control of 33km trend at the Bralorne project with 47 mineral occurrences and past small-scale mines and limited modern systematic exploration.
