Victoria Rutherford brings 10+ years of capital markets sell side experience and relationships to Adelaide Capital. Prior to joining Adelaide Victoria worked in equity sales for 9 years with Macquarie Group (most recently) and National Bank Financial. During this time, Victoria sold Canadian equity ideas, company research, and new equity financings into her network of Canadian & US institutions. She has set up numerous targeted road shows across North America connecting corporates with the investment community. Victoria has helped companies formulate their message and investor presentation, routinely provided corporates with detailed investor feedback & trading colour and helped to source blocks. Victoria specializes in small to mid-cap equities and oil & gas equities.

Prior to sales, Victoria worked in investment banking at RBC Capital markets assisting with new capital raises and mergers and acquisitions. She built corporate financial models, analyzed company data and put together numerous pitch books and corporate presentations.

Victoria graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor in Business Administration Honours with distinction and a minor in Economics. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Jessica Butt has worked in the capital markets for 27 years. She began her career in 1994 as an Investment Advisor at Yorkton Securities and transitioned to Institutional Equity Sales in 1998 at Dundee Securities.

In 1999 she returned to Yorkton/Orion Securities as a key member of their newly formed Canadian Oil & Gas team. There she established longstanding key relationships with the Canadian Oil & Gas community which remain. She successfully built out Orion’s U.S. and Canadian institutional relationships, helping to advise Corporates on messaging, pitch books, road shows and aligning them with key investors. She became a Sr. Partner of Orion in 1994.

In 2007 Orion was purchased by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada where she remained as Sr. VP, Director until Macquarie closed its Canadian Sales & Trading operations in 2019. During her tenure she was responsible placing multi billions worth of equity deals in both Energy & Mining in addition to idea generation and active trading with the buy-side. In 2010 Jessica was recognized with The Brendan Woods Top Gun Award.

Following her time with Macquarie Capital Markets, Jessica joined Oberon Capital where she was Managing Director of Energy Equities. Utilizing her strong key corporate and buy-side relationships, Jessica both sourced and placed charity flow through deals.

Jessica studied Political Science at the University of Calgary.

With more than 10 years of mining-centred experience, Magda Gardner helps create mining-related content that is clear and compelling. Magda has worked in the mining industry, capital markets, and journalism, showcasing sector trends, hidden value opportunities, and helping solve problems.

Before joining Adelaide Capital, Magda was a news editor and reporter with the Northern Miner Group's leading publications, The Northern Miner and Canadian Mining Journal.

Her interest in small-cap mining sparked while working in the Precious Metals equity research group at GMP Securities, where she spent almost three years as a research associate, focusing on explorers, developers, and emerging producers. Prior to GMP, she spent two years as an engineer-in-training and engineering student at Glencore’s Kidd Creek copper-zinc mine in Timmins, one of the world’s deepest underground mines.

Magda holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with honours from the Lassonde Mineral Engineering program. She has completed levels I and II of the CFA exams.

Donna is a seasoned institutional sales professional with over 30 years of experience, specializing in client-focused strategies and relationship-driven business development. She is well known for cultivating long-term partnerships with institutional money managers to drive strategic influence and results. Most recently, Donna served as Managing Director at a global financial firm, where she led key client initiatives and supported growth across institutional channels.

IR Representative

Olenka is an investor relations professional specializing in designing and executing tailored IR programs for small-cap and mirco-cap publicly traded companies. She has supported companies across multiple exchanges, including Nasdaq, TSXV, CSE, CBOE, and OTC, guiding them through regulatory requirements and effective shareholder communication.

Prior to joining Adelaide Capital, Olenka served as an IR representative for over 15 public companies. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Investor Relations Administrator in Citco’s Private Equity division, focusing on compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Her expertise spans end-to-end press release management, earnings communication, investor deck preparation, conference logistics, hosting webinars, and roadshow planning. Olenka is also skilled in managing investor inquiries and creating comprehensive marketing materials. By combining strategic communication with operational excellence, she helps public companies enhance visibility, attract investors, and maintain transparent shareholder relations.

Olenka holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with a minor in Marketing from Ryerson University.

By working closely with organizations across industries and capital markets for over a decade, Baaba has refined marketing methodologies that amplify visibility, strengthen investor confidence, and create long-term value for both companies and stakeholders.

With over six years of experience in investor-focused marketing, Zulany combines her background in Film Production and International Business to bring a unique perspective to digital marketing. She specializes in multimedia storytelling, creating a wide range of digital assets, including websites, interactive videos, ads, presentations, and social media content, to communicate value and enhance brand credibility. By merging creativity with strategic insight, she provides a comprehensive approach that resonates with target audiences.

Jenn brings over seven years of experience in social media management, videography, and digital content creation. With a communications background in mental health care and retail, she supports Adelaide’s YouTube channel, produces professional video content, and develops strategic, analytics-driven campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram. She blends videography, graphic design, and copywriting expertise to deliver cohesive, high-impact content while managing calendars, strengthening client branding, and staying ahead of digital trends to boost audience engagement.

Social Media Manager & Video Lead

Catalina brings a strong multidisciplinary background in digital communication, project management, and UX-oriented design. With more than a decade of experience in multimedia production and video editing, she combines technical expertise with a structured, analytical approach to delivering clear and effective messaging.

Her work across Latin America and North America gives her a strong understanding of diverse audiences and industry expectations, allowing her to support organizations with clear, consistent, and strategic digital presence.

Operations Manager

Velika is an administrative and operations professional focused on supporting teams, maintaining organization, and ensuring client deliverables are met efficiently, while upholding brand standards and professionalism.

Before joining Adelaide Capital, she supported senior leadership across government, policy, and finance environments, including working with a mayor. Her experience includes C-suite administrative support, on-site coordination during the early development of the Distillery District, supporting operations at an equine industry startup, and organizing a Trillium-funded theatre festival. She focuses on coordinating priorities, managing schedules and timelines, and ensuring clear, professional communication with both internal teams and external clients, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
